We're looking for reliable team members who notice details. You will help us care for
homes across our service area near Kitchener. If you take pride in good work and respect
each home, we'd like to hear from you.
What We Offer

- Real payroll — no cash under the table. CPP, EI, and income tax are handled. You will get a T4 at year-end.

What We're Looking For
Dependable, bondable, local
- Bondable — able to pass a police record check. We work in clients' homes, so trust matters.
- Reliable — you show up when you say you will.
- Detail-focused — you notice the things others miss.
- Respectful in clients' homes — polite, careful, and kind.
- Local to Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge — most routes are in Waterloo Region.
- Able to get to visits — a driver's licence and vehicle help.
